Finding Your Limo or Airport Sedan When You Arrive

Your airport sedan and chauffeur will be waiting for you when your DFW flight lands.  We will be curbside outside of your baggage claim, on the same level, at the "Pre-Arranged Limo" zone.  All DFW terminals have three baggage claims.  Look above the door exiting your claim for the arrow pointing to the closest Limo zone.

Proceed to the baggage claim for your flight.  Once you have your bags go to the exit on the same level and check to see if the "Pre-Arranged Limo" stand is to the right or left.  Do not go down any escalator. 

Your vehicle will be curbside in the Blue "Pre-Arranged" limo zone.  The chauffeur will have a sign and a smile!

If you are on Southwest Airlines go to the Southwest Baggage claim and collect your baggage.  Exit on the same level and go across the street to the covered Limousine Parking area next to the taxi loading area.  Your chauffeur will be there with a sign and a smile!

General DFW Information

All five terminals at DFW are in separate buildings.  They are connected by a Terminal Link elevated trains and buses.

American Airlines has gates in four of the five terminals.  We will be at the correct gate and terminal for your flight.
